About EOY Services


  • Please review pricing & packages available via our website first, then complete the booking form for a consultant to complete your End of Year Process.
  • The final price is based on the answers provided and an email confirming this final price and acknowledgement of your booking will be sent within 72 hours of your booking form being received. Bookings can only be accepted from the online booking form.
  • Final appointment details will be emailed before 3rd June 2024.
  • Booking requests submitted before April 30th will receive a 10% Early Bird Discount.
  • Attaché Cloud Hosted clients will receive a 10% discount off all EOY Services.
  • Our EOY Service assumes that you have completed all reconciliations and balancing, including but not limited to:
    • Reconciliation of subsidiary modules to General Ledger
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Reconciliation to Super companies/clearing house
    • Reconciliation to ATO for PAYG paid
    • Any other internal / external reconciliation process

  • Make sure to check EOY service inclusions and exclusions. Some exclusions are available as an add-on service during the online booking service and others are available pre or post EOY via email request attache.services@theaccessgroup.com
  • Standard company* is applicable for the first Attaché Accounts and/or first Attaché Payroll company to be processed at each appointment.
  • Large Company* is defined, for Accounts as 10+ users, and for Payroll 200-999 employees.

    Note: Companies with more than 1000+ employees will be contacted after the Booking Form is received to determine requirements and pricing.
    • Additional Attaché companies completed at the same appointment will be charged the additional company price PER Attaché Company. Payroll Companies and Accounts Companies are charged as Standard Service for each (even if in the same Attaché company setup).
    • The booking form is separated into different appointment requirements. Therefore, please update details for each separate appointment required (You will be asked at the outset how many appointments you require)
      • If you require Payroll and Accounts to be completed at the same appointment, please update as one appointment only (Note that even though completed at one appointment, Payroll and Accounts are charged as separate standard packages).
      • If you require different modules (Customers, Suppliers, GL, Payroll) or different Attache Companies to be processed on different dates, please enter these as a separate appointment for each different date.
      • If Payroll and Accounts modules will be ready at different times and this timing is more than 2-3 days apart, please list Payroll and Accounts modules at different/separate appointments to allow flexibility for our consultants schedules. The price does not differ if they are completed at the same or different appointments.
      • When selecting the last Date that processing will occur, ensure you select the date that all modules selected for this appointment will be finished by. (we will not schedule your appointment until AFTER this date)
    • Health Check – scheduled directly by a Professional Services consultant during the months of April and May, a pre-configured checklist helps guide the Health Check. This service is included in your total cost, but will be invoiced separately, upon completion.
    • Attache Software Upgrade - includes upgrading Attache Server, Attache application and Attache Workstation on the server. Workstation upgrades are not included, but can be added. Software Upgrade will be completed separately to your EOY appointment, and only available before June 7th or after 15th July. This service is included in your total cost, but will be invoiced separately, upon completion. 
    • Pre and Post-EOY Follow-up Consulting: At times, your consultant may suggest additional consulting to fix issues or make improvements to your system. These are optional and will be charged separately at our normal consulting rates (quote can be provided). Follow Up Consulting appointments are not available from 17th June to 19th July due to EOY commitments.

How to Book

  • Please complete the EOY booking form, which includes details about your datasets so we can schedule time accordingly.
  • We schedule appointments based on first in, first served so if you have a particular date/time or preferred consultant, we recommend you book early. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
  • Once scheduling is complete, our team will be in touch via email with all the details you need to prepare and get the most out of the session.

Terms and conditions

  • All prices quoted are in AUD and exclude GST, and will be invoiced upon completion of the service.
  • All EOY appointments will be completed remotely.
  • Our consultant may require administrative access or have your IT administrator on hand during EOY processing, deleting and software upgrades
  • Additional consulting time spent providing services that are not listed in the package will be charged at the EOY premium rate of $265 per hour.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure you give us 24 hours’ notice so you avoid a cancellation fee. Note that rescheduling is only available to the extent of consultants’ availability.

Please Note: If you do not pay for a customer success plan i.e. you are on an Essentials Customer Success Plan (CSP) or No Plan (also known as Classic) you will be charged a 25% surcharge.
